Who We Are
Empire FC is a youth soccer club built on the belief that every player deserves the opportunity to grow, compete, and belong. We are committed to creating a positive and structured environment where athletes can develop their skills, build confidence, and learn the value of teamwork.
Our club focuses not only on performance on the field, but also on character, discipline, and leadership off the field. Every player who joins Empire FC becomes part of a supportive community dedicated to long-term growth and success.

What We Do
Empire FC works to remove barriers that prevent young athletes from participating in organized sports. We provide financial assistance, equipment support, and access to training opportunities for families in need.

Coach Juan Carlos Iraola
Coach Juan Carlos is the founder and head coach of Empire FC, a youth soccer program built on the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, compete, and grow through soccer.
With over 14 years of coaching experience and a background as a U.S. Navy veteran and educator, Coach Juan Carlos combines discipline, leadership, and mentorship to create a positive, challenging environment for young athletes. His focus extends beyond wins and losses, emphasizing character, confidence, teamwork, and personal growth.
Through Empire FC, his mission is to develop players who work hard, support one another, and take pride in representing their team, family, and community. He believes that the lessons learned on the field-Commitment, Resilience, and Respect- help shape successful individuals long after the final whistle.

Our program is growing, and we’re excited about what’s ahead. To better serve our athletes and support the continued expansion of our youth programs, a new coach will be joining our team in the near future.
